On the square in Gatesville, CORYELL COUNTY LAND & ABSTRACT COMPANY has been in operation since 1885 and has been owned and managed by the Zeigler family since 1950.  We opened our second location in Copperas Cove in 1994. 

Our staff is proud to have more than 115 years combined service with CORYELL COUNTY LAND & ABSTRACT.  We’re seasoned in every step of the title insurance and closing process and our in-house legal staff provides timely document preparation and title curative work.  Our goal is to provide you the very best service we can - from a thorough title search to low stress closing in a friendly atmosphere.
